The Box Office
Box office phones are open from 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
If you get a recording during these hours, we are helping other patrons.
Please leave a message and we'll return the call as soon as we can.
To place a ticket order by phone, please leave the following information, and
please spell your name:
First and last name; day and evening phone number; address and email address,
day, date and title of show; and the number of tickets that you need.
An AMEX, VISA or MC number and expiration date is required to reserve your tickets.
All tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable.
Our reservation line is secure and is safe to leave a credit card number. We will
call you to confirm your reservation. Please do not consider your order confirmed
without this call.
Synchronicity accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, checks and cash.
All credit card purchases are subject to a $1.50/ticket handling fee and all
tickets are non-refundable.
Your credit card will be billed from Synchronicity Performance Group.
Late Seating Policy
Please arrive at the theatre on time. There is NO late seating at
Synchronicity. The theatre is so intimate; that it would disrupt the performance and other patrons to enter the theatre after the
performance has begun.
Any unclaimed tickets will be released to our waiting list
5 minutes prior to show time.
