Full-time Positions
Resources Director
This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing all strategic planning for
Marketing and Development, in collaboration with the Board of Directors Fundraising Committee and
Artistic Director.
Responsibilities include: grant prospecting, writing and administrating; Special Events oversight;
donor prospecting and cultivation, including the management of the Annual Giving Campaign;
drafting and implementing the marketing and communications plan.
Understanding of nonprofit and arts business model a plus.
Currently we have aggressive growth goals in both marketing and fundraising,
and are looking for an individual who will meet and exceed these goals.
Looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, committed individual who wants to grow with the company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
Need to be self-motivated, work well under stress and enjoy working collaboratively on projects.
Position will work closely with and will supervise Resources Associate.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
Salary mid-30s, commensurate with experience. Start date: September 1, 2010.
Resources Associate
This full-time position will report directly to the Resources Director,
and will assist in all areas relating to the implementation of our Marketing and Development plan.
Responsibilities include: grant prospecting and support; Special Events support;
maintaining donor records and donor acknowledgements, helping to implement the Annual Giving Campaign;
with Resources Director - devising and implementing marketing and communications action plans
(including drafting press releases and communicating with press).
Understanding of nonprofit and arts business model a plus.

and are looking for an individual who will meet and exceed these goals.

Part-time & Contract Positions
Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Estimated at 6 hours/week, this position will be responsible for detailed,
conscientious bookkeeping in Quickbooks Pro, cutting checks, entering bills,
vendor filing and generating invoices.
Additionally this position will handle general office management including drafting and tracking contracts,
general office equipment upkeep and other jobs as needed.
Understanding of nonprofit and arts business model a plus.
Must have at least 2 years bookkeeping experience and strong skills with Quickbooks.
Looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, committed individual who wants to be a part of this team.
Start date negotiable, can be as early as July 1, 2010. Will train with outgoing Bookkeeper.
Playmaking for Girls
We hire new Playmaking for Girls (PFG) teachers in the spring of each year, but resumes are
accepted all year long. Each teacher needs to commit to at least one year of participation
in the program, as well as attend a full-day of training in May.

Auditions are by appointment and are limited to professional actors only.
We actively pull from our headshots and attend the annual ACPA Unified Auditions.
If we do not have a current headshot and resume on file for you, please send one
to us. We will call you if we would like to see you audition.
If you are a young actor starting out, please consider becoming a part of
our internship program.
We are always interested in your work. If you are in a show around town, drop
