Here are some answers to the more popular questions we receive.
What time do the doors open?
The box office opens one hour prior to the start of the show. The doors to the
theatre open half hour before show time.
What time should my group arrive?
We suggest that your group arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to
the start of the show.
When do group leaders receive group tickets?
All tickets are available at the box office to be picked up the day of the show.
If you would prefer to have the tickets mailed to you, just let us know.
What is the minimum age of a child needing to buy a ticket?
If a child sits in his/her own seat, a ticket must be purchased. In terms of the
age appropriateness for each show, this varies. Our family series shows are typically
good for ages four and up. Our adult shows are appropriate for anyone over the
age of thirteen. Please talk to us about any questions or concerns.
What if I need more tickets?
Not a problem! After your original payment has been made, you may increase your
ticket order until the day of the show, depending on availability. We can either
charge your credit card for the additional seats or you can pay at the box office.
How can my group get a pre-event reception or party?
We can create a reception or party specifically designed for you before or after
the show. A minimal space rental fee applies.
What if I have questions concerning my group outing during the event?
If you have any questions or concerns that arise during an event, please see the
producer on duty in the box office at 7 Stages.
Where should my group park? Where is bus parking?
Paid public parking is located adjacent to the theatre and there is plenty of
free street parking. If you would like to coordinate bus parking, just let us know.
What is the camera and video camera policy?
Cameras and video recorders are prohibited during the play. However, feel free
to snap away in the lobby with the actors after the show.
